SHIRAZ ALIKE
I tried to observe the growing stage of the wines I have in my cellar, since my last bottle a year or two ago, I have changed my opinion. This wine has grown up, and becoming more new world character, with grape varieties of mainly Tempranillo, and Aragonez, it almost tasted like a Shiraz/Syrah blend. Very big and bold on the nose, as well as on the palate. I chose to decant it, and expectedly it mellowed down to be more approachable, but still very Shiraz alike.
