From 50 year old dry- grown vines, matured in new and second use French oak. Shows the depth and richness that old vine can impart. The usual Barossa Shiraz descriptions of plum and blackberry are in place and the oak is in evidence. The layered texture and length of flavour gives this wine some extra character.
