Winemarker Notes
Wines produced from Grand Crus are the true bearers of Alsatian quality. They are the outstanding result of meticulous tasks and perfect combination of grape and heritage. These superb gastronomic wines can be distinguished by their tension, their taste and mineral depth.. The Kientzler Vineyard has been handed down from father to son over five generations, sustaining their passion for outstanding dry and gastronomic wines. Grown with great respect of land and environment, our vines cover 13,8 hectares including 4,4 hectares of land classified Grand Crus, spread over the villages of Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr and Riquewihr. Elegant fruity bouquet. The texture is round and complex hold by a nice acidity. Large minerality brings complexity and length. Drink within its early years to appreciate its freshness and aromatic generosity. Keeping your wine for 5 to 10 years will reveal its dimension and mineral complexity.
