What is the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)?
UTAP is a training benefit designed to help NTUC members and NTUC Starter members offset their training costs. It encourages members to upgrade their skills and pursue reskilling opportunities. The NTUC Starter Membership supports youth aged 18 to 25 as they transition from school to the workforce.
NTUC members can receive 50% support on unfunded course fees, up to $250 per year for UTAP-supported courses.
