This wine is made of 100% Sangiovese grapes, and the grapes come from Belvedere Campoli estate which is one of the most prestigious areas of Chianti Classico, the terroir almost guarantee the wine quality to be good. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and cement vats and ages in tonneaux for 12 months. A whiff and one can feel absolute ripeness of red cherries and red fruits, along with summer floral notes. I do enjoy the content with moderate intensity, freshness and lively fruits. Stylish and elegant with balanced tannins, the wine finishing is long and complex. (9/2023)
