In the heart of Clos de los Siete, Bodega DiamAndes produces intense, complex, elegant and well-balanced wines. Located at the foothill of the Andes, DiamAndes is a single block of 130 ha at 1100 meters a.s.l. With its unique terroir, combined with the Bordeaux know-how of the owner family and the Argentinean team, it gives birth to distinguished and stylish wines. The vine training is based on the concept of sustainable farming and global environmental care. The process is entirely done by gravity flow system, with 64 small thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with a double cap system.

Wine With Bok - 9.25/10 Stars
Malbec grape variety is normally found as a new world wine, particularly from Argentina, although it originated from Bordeaux. I’d confess, DiamAndes produces stunning wine at stunning price. As a reference, DiamAndes Cabernet Sauvignon won the Tower Club Gold Award after being blind tasted by a panel of judges. Thus, we are confident that we have chosen a label that is good value for money with its good quality. The Malbec varietal performed very well in my humble opinion. The nose was very jammy, with primarily black currant bouquet. Content was jammy, with loads of fresh plums and blackberries. Surprisingly silky with unobvious tannins, very pleasant and elegant finish. Thanks to the winemaker’s knowhow of French wine making technique as the winemaker migrated from Bordeaux to Argentina, bringing along his skill sets from Bordeaux. (1/24)

James Suckling - 91 Points

A juicy and delicious red with blueberry and chocolate character and a chocolate finish. Medium-to full body, soft and silky tannins. Drink now.
