Domaine Vacheron was certified biodynamic over ten years ago. The family run domaine is one of the finest producers in the region. They are one of the few producers with cellars in the town of Sancerre. Hand harvesting ensures world class wines year after year. A hilltop town, Sancerre lies to the east of the Loire region, facing Pouilly-Fumé opposite the river. Known for its racy, mineral, and pungent expression of Sauvignon Blanc, this is textbook Sancerre from probably the best producer in the region. A family-run domaine with Jean-Laurent and Jean-Dominique Vacheron in charge.

Vacheron's white 2018 Sancerre is deep, intense and fresh on the nose, which exhibits ripe tropical fruit aromas intertwined with notes of crushed flint stones. Full-bodied, round and complex on the palate, with remarkable power, salinity and length, this is an extraordinarily compact and sustainable generic Sancerre from a very warm and sunny vintage.
