The winemaking process begins with fermentation in stainless steel tanks under carefully controlled temperatures, aimed at preserving the inherent fruitiness and instilling a distinctive mineral character into the wine. Following fermentation, Panamera undergoes aging for a duration of 6 to 8 months, primarily in French oak barrels comprising 80% of the aging vessels, supplemented by 20% American oak barrels.
