I usually don’t rate sake highly, as they are almost identical in taste; shades of melons. I gave this one credit not because I received it as a gift, but the taste was far away from the typical melon style.
At 16% abv and 35% rice polishing, I must say it was finely polished and the fine polishing reflected on the content. Really fine and refine, it was like tasting a finely shaved cheese, more finesse than the normal brute force sake. Definitely deserved the Daiginjio status.
