孔府家酒
CONFUCIUS WINE
This Chinese Baijiu started brewing since 2500 years ago, recipe from the family of Confucius, 孔子. Perhaps Confucius doesn't promote heavy drinking, thus the alcoholic content was only 39 degrees, as compared to most Baijiu of the range of 52 60 degrees!
It was a perfect match to my pot of mutton, cooked in the Mongolian style. I was contemplating if any red wine matched the taste but still decided on this Baijiu, turned out to be a perfect match that no other liquor would match the taste!
