1937 Lupe Cholet Chambolle Amoureuses
What kind of concept you have for 1937 wines? 81 years old, older than my mother! Crazy enough that it’s still alive and kicking! For a fragile grape like Pinot Noir, it was simply amazing. Very musty and mushroom nose, the body was surprisingly lively, with dried cherries and some leftover charms. Amazing wine!
1937年是什么概念？日本侵略中国的罪恶在卢沟桥开始，81年了，这瓶酒经过了风风雨雨，好像大中国一样坚强的成长！没有想到黑皮诺葡萄有这样坚强的活力，根本无法想象。鼻子充斥着老蘑菇味，非常陈年的臭味。但是更意外的是酒体还是很给力，很活跃，感觉很多的干樱桃味和活跃的能量。非常棒，谢谢我的老朋友的热情款待！
