AFTER 68 YEARS ....
The wine was like yesterday's production, still alive and kicking! I was really skeptical when I uncorked the bottle, all the negative thoughts flashed through my mind. After all, this was only a premier cru, as there's no grand cru in NSG. Cork came out in a piece in perfect condition. Poured a small glass, still lively. The nose was muted, but the body from extremely lean and acidic exploded into a full bodied, very sweet and very rich wine within 10 mins. The oldest burgundy I had.
