FEMALE GINSENG
Angelica Sinensis is the scientific name of female ginseng, I stressed this name because my nose and palate was heavily loaded with this herb for this wine. Nose was predominantly herbal medicine, and this female ginseng constituted a big part of it. Content was fresh for a wine of 55 years of age, very sour though, and every sip I tasted was this female ginseng. The effect of this medicine is to move blood, it's meant for old folks with clogged blood or poor blood circulation.
