1961 Grand Puy Lacoste Pauillac
Served double blind but I knew it was mine from the color itself which is aged brownish. Nose has the vegetal, celery, orange rind, and moderate tea leaves. On the mouth, it still had a lot of powerful fruit, sweet, very animal, and circled by orange rind. This is the 2nd bottle I had over a few years timeframe, I must say it still surprised me that it can stand up against so many young wines which is not common for aged wines. Impressive.
