1964 La Conseillante Pomerol
This is a really strange 5 star Pomerol vintage. I lately had a bottle of legendary Cheval Blanc Saint Emilion 64, and I swear I didn’t like it because the nose and the palette was very American style, and I much prefer classic Bordeaux style. And LC 64 was not spared by this Yankee influence for some reason. I had a lot of puzzle with right bank 64 wines.
