1973 Chateau La Tour Blanche Sauternes
Normally Sauternes sweet wines are overly sweet. I was amazed today this Sauternes didn’t act like a Sauternes, but more like a Barsac, closer to Climens style. Loved the sweet pineapple and tropical nose. Palate was great; fresh chewy fruits, nice and elegant, no sweetness that’ll cause diabetes! I’m going to pair it with spicy Thai food!
通常苏玳的贵腐酒都是太甜了，今天终于找到了一款没有太甜的苏玳酒，这款更像巴赛克的贵腐酒。非常喜爱它的甜菠萝和热带水果味。口感也非常好，很新鲜的水果味，很有嚼劲，平衡而且柔顺。喝了你绝对不会觉得你会得糖尿病那种感觉。我很期待用这瓶酒配泰国香辣菜！
