1974 Gaja Sorì Tildìn
Sori Tilden Barbaresco is another single vineyard production from Gaja stable, it was good, but not as great as the Sori San Lorenzo. Very burgundy bouquet, faint potpourri, medicinal, Chinese herbs.
Coming from an average vintage, it was a bit dry and diluted, cherry driven on the first pour. On subsequent pour, it showed vast improvements, perhaps it needed some air to show its style.
