After 11 btls of Combettes, Johan took out an aluminum foiled wine, a Bordeaux test for Bok, I was happy to take any blind tasting challenge, except that the wine cannot be unknown label. Johan said it was mainstream.
A whiff and a sip, sweetness implied merlot, there were some greenness (without smoke) which I deduced it as Cab Franc, and the answer was clear to me Figeac! I shouted, 86 or 95! I got the bottle off by two decades coz the condition was way too pristine! Nailed it 3rd try.
