HERBAL TEA
After 42 years in the bottle, this wine has evolved into somehow a herbal tea nose and flavor. In Chinese context, herbal tea provided some cooling effect and warmth, to reduce overheating of the body. This wine was somehow producing similar effect as I do get the warmth after drinking the bottle, like a home boiled herbal tea.
Leathery fruits was prominent on the nose. Palate was herbal, old leather jacket and fading fruits. Was drinking decent and an experience for an aged wine.
