1976 Chateau Latour Pauillac
KEEP IMPROVING
Served blind. It possessed a very rich nose along with matured, ripe and creamy characters. Palate was extremely sour on the first sip, extremely young. I immediately suspected the wine needed a lot more time in the glass so I left it aside. It kept improving thereafter but we're shortage of glasses so I had to end my evaluation.
Was really disappointed to learn the bottle was King of Bordeaux. But it wasn't given enough time to proof itself tonight. Will surely evaluate again soon!
