1976 Domaine Parent Pommard Premier Cru Les Epenots

Domain Parent probably wasn’t well known nowadays but they were well recognized in the past, primarily their winemaking skill was very traditional. Nose was slightly woody, smoky and powerful fruits. Content was shades of sweet cherries, chewy like eating fresh cherries, dry (typical of 76) and powerful.
巴赫庄园现在可能不怎么闻名因为太多后起之秀了，但是在过去可是赫赫有名的布艮第酒庄，最主要是他们酿酒的方式很传统。闻起来有点橡木桶，烟熏和超强的果味。内容带有不同层次的樱桃味，感觉好像是在吃新鲜的樱桃一样（不要忘了这是一瓶42年的酒！），很干燥，就是76年的特性，而且果味澎湃。
