SPANISH WINE AGE WORTHY
Spanish wines, I realized, mostly are very age worthy. Vina Tondonia wine is one of them. I opened this bottle tonight, took a sip and decanted the bottle. Why? There's a lot of acidic fruits (which was also obvious on the nose), plus a lot of unresolved tannins. Even with decanting, the elevated acidity didn't tone down very much, however the fruits got a face lift, from dry tobacco leaves turned to be a lot more fruity and approachable.
