1979 Lafite Rothschild Pauillac

First, 1979 wasn’t a good vintage, especially for Pauillac appellation. I tasted a glass and then revisited it again. Same conclusion. Nose was very muted, turned faint and elegant smoke later, but also with some slight plastic smell. Content was too light, very little fruits, dry and fading. The only saving grace was the elegance was detectable.
1979不是一个好的波尔多年份，尤其是波雅克产区更是糟糕。我分了两次品尝，得到的结论是一样的：失望。鼻子没有什么香味，很淡和优雅的烟熏味，而且还有塑料味。内容太过轻飘，没有什么果味，干燥而且接近尾声。但是拉菲的特色还是有表现出来，就是拉菲的优雅感。
