Many people shy away from Bordeaux 1980 due to the fluctuating weather. But for many 1980 I’ve come across, they’re decent, as the saving grace was the late picking of the grapes, which gave it a bit more concentration of fruits. So you shouldn’t treat Bordeaux 1980 with fear.
Nose was soft and elegant. Palette was slightly woody but certainly not a dry and disliked wine, obvious wet tobacco leaves, smooth and pleasant content, fairly enjoyable. Doesn’t hurt the wallet to drink this.
很多酒友觉得波尔多1980是个灾难性的年份，所以都不愿意购买。其实我所碰到的1980年份都还将就可以喝，当然前提是要看牌子了，这个年份的救星是比较迟采摘的葡萄，所以果味应该比较浓厚。
宝马是比较可以信任的牌子。我品尝了他们1980年份，觉得内容是有点木木的口感，但是不是太干燥，有些湿烟草叶味，但是内容平衡而且柔顺，不错的选择。喝起来不会伤害到钱包因为这个年份相对比较便宜。
