1981 La Gaffeliere Saint Emilion 1er Grand Cru Classe

I was hoping to have a killer right bank wine tonight, as I was almost always a fan of La Gaffeliere, but the higher the hope, the more it hurt me when it couldn’t perform. Nose was very dark fruits driven, with high acidity. Content was a bit of a let down, as the acidity hit me on the face, and the fruits were more of a background music.
我有很高的期望这瓶右岸的酒今晚会出众，因为我一直以来都是嘉芙丽庄园的粉丝。但是期待越高，表现不好的时候也伤害了我越重！鼻子带有黑果味，比如黑加伦，而且酸度高。内容有点失望，因为酸度有点过高了，而果味变成了背景音乐一样的不起什么效果。可惜，这瓶酒被酸度淹没了。
