1982 Vieux Chateau Certan Pomerol
Wow, still too young! The 1982 has a delicious bouquet with notes of meat, spices, and bitter chocolate. I could sniff out the Cabernet Franc which makes this wine so delicious. There are lovely animal notes infusing the dark berry fruit with a hint of mint and very long finish.
