1983 Rauzan Segla Margaux
RAUSAN RAUZAN
If you are a fan of Rauzan Segla, you ought to notice that they changed their name from Rausan to Rauzan, and the label was also changed, probably after 1986 which I remembered that was the last bottle of old label I drank.
Since 1994 it was bought over by Chanel, this label has shot to fame. 83 was a Margaux vintage, this wine tried really hard to rival Palmer and Margaux but sadly was left behind, although it possessed pleasantness and great structure. Was still decent stuff.
