1985 Henri de Villamont Chambolle Musigny
DEFUNCT BUT GOOD WINEMAKER
I understand that Henri de Villamont don't exist anymore, but I must say they should not have gone out of business. A simple village wine wasn't that simple. Given enough aging, it was big, bold, chunky and good fruits although it didn't have the finesse. I had it with a rosemary chicken and thoroughly enjoyed a glass of this wine. Cheap and good, what else can I ask for?
