Jacky Truchot's wines shot through the roof in terms of pricing, mainly due to the limited supply and perhaps the ceasing of his vineyard, except for a small production from this remaining plot of Clos Sorbes that he retained for his own retirement consumption.
Nose of swimming pool chlorine initially, then a bit salty and turned butter thereafter. It does have a lot of weight on the palate, long punchy weight, but like a feather caressing my palate, amazing feeling. Didn't last long though.
