A NIGHT OF 85....
Tonight's tasting of 85 wines were all over the place with wines from all over Europe. I find a lot of tropical fruits on the nose here, particularly very lychee, sweet and smells Bandol (a kind of local Rose syrup). Palette wise, also tropical fruits, stony, lychee, pineapple and rambutan. What kind of food shall I pair with these wines?
