库克香槟通常需要20到30年的陈年才能成熟,尤其是一个很好的年份如这1988,更需要30年。这个香槟在2005年才装瓶的。非常陈年的香味,也是一瓶很执着的香槟。浓厚的果味,非常悠长的味蕾,深度好似太平洋海那样深,而且完美的平衡,酸度不高。刚开始是柠檬味慢慢转变成蜂蜜味。我今年喝得最好的香槟!
