RECOVERY
Upon uncorking the wine, I took a sniff, and my world crumpled, as the nose was screaming barnyard and wet cupboard which implied corked wine! The sniff almost choked me to death as well. Undeterred, I decanted the whole bottle in hope of a miracle, and lucky god must be with me, the bad nose was completely blew off in less than 15 mins. My experience was telling you to be patient, don't declare a corked bottle too quickly! Thereafter nose of ripe cherries. Palate wise was very strawberries.
