1988 Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia
It was a treat, coming from a magnum bottle, certainly deserved some attention. Nose was loaded with minty flavor, smoke, and actually they’re quite muted. Palate was light and fresh, very integrated tannins, rounded. I detected some greenness and suspected it was from Cabernet Franc. I wasn’t far off, it was 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc.
这瓶西施佳雅来自双瓶庄，非常难得，所以肯定要好好的品尝。鼻子有点堵，但是带有薄荷味和烟熏味。内容轻飘而且新鲜，而且单宁已经融化，所以很柔和。但是我喝出了一些青椒味，我断定有点品霞珠葡萄品种在内。我不差，的确有30%的品霞珠混合了70%赤霞珠！
