1989 Faiveley Chambolle Musigny Les Fuees
GREAT BURGUNDY PLOT!
This is a fabulous plot in burgundy. I had the Federick Mugnier Les Fuees 1990, nothing short of impressive. Then I had this tonight, and I swear by it, one of the best 1er Cru I can recall. I really don't know what this magical plot did to these wines (and I was lazy to read up), but it strikes me extremely well. The kind of matured fruits on the nose, and the beauty of the palette with very mellow, matured fruits, keeps growing onto me. I am really impressed.
