1989 Far Niente Chardonnay
Never had such an aged Napa white before, this was certainly a treat. The more surprising highlight of tonight was the shocking content! Nose of matured orange notes and sweet vanilla (representing American oak). A lot of apricot and orange notes. Superb balance, great elegance and not overpowering. I was totally sold at such a great Chardonnay coming from Napa!
从来没有喝过这样陈年的那柏白葡萄酒，今晚真的很荣幸了！但是最让我惊喜的是这款酒的内容！非常成熟的橙味，还有甜香草味（被美国橡木桶影响）。口感很多杏桃和橙味。平衡感接近完美，非常柔顺和柔和，而且不会超强的风格，真的没有想到那柏能够出产这样优秀的白葡萄酒！
