1990 Bouchard Pere & Fils Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru
GREAT FINISHING!
It wasn't showing its best at the beginning of our blind tasting. The nose was so faint on the initial pour, I hardly get even the most prominent smell of refined oaks. However it slowly opened up, morphing into honeycomb and chrysanthemums. Very nice matured golden color. I get a relatively rich but mellow sip to start off, slightly lacks complexity, very chrysanthemum, all acidity were integrated into the wine. 2 hours later, I get very feminine blossom and keeps getting better. Beauty!
