1990 Chateau d'Yquem Lur Saluces Sauternes
Served blind, but not difficult to guess it was a Sauternes from the color and the nose+palette. Surprisingly very sharp acidity, coupled with loads of toffee and sweets on the nose. The palette is very balanced, extremely rich, extreme apricot character, extremely creamy and a touch of orange rind. Extremely complex with tons of layers, and long finishing!
