1990 La Louviere Pessac Leognan
I was really impressed with this white that can age so well! Upon pouring I was shocked at the color, almost golden yellow. The nose was complex, I can't decompose all the characters but the primary character was honeycomb. The palette was really nice, fully matured with no more tannins and acidity, left with all the dry honeycomb and dry apricot fruits, very pleasant and friendly. I finished the whole bottle in the afternoon and had a good nap, really enjoyable!
