1990 Vincent Dauvissat Camus Chablis Grand Les Clos
While the wine was slightly oxidized and slight pre maturity plus very yellowish in color, it's still a Dauvissat and still a great wine as one must taste beyond these faults. I get loads of chrysanthemums and winter melons on the nose. Palette wise, slight minerality, very complex wine with good balance of fruits and acidity and a good depth. Very ripe fruits and strangely I find the wine masculine and thought it was a Batard Montrachet (bottle was served blinded).
