WHAT A TREAT! Friend blinded this bottle and meant to surprise the birthday boy with a good present, and all 8 of us who witnessed the birthday song had a generous treat! Coming from not a fantastic red burg vintage, it did exceptionally well. La Tache is a La Tache. Very dense nose, mixed with red and black cherries. Slightly dry, elegant, big and bold style, silky, huge amount of layers, extremely balanced and long finishing, a real beauty! You don't often hear me praise a red burg at this level!
