1993 Potinet Ampeau Meursault 1er Cru Charmes
Previously I have reported my first encounter of Domain Polinet Ampeau, and this was a second encounter during the same night. I must admit I always have a preference for Meursault Charmes over Meursault Perrieres, this blind tasting proved my point.
Nose was slightly salty, savory, veal juice, metallic and foil.
I absolutely loved the balance of the content, even though it was ripe but also with high amount of acidity.
