TYPICAL BORDEAUX 94 STYLE
Had the first bottle and it was corked with heavy wet cupboard, thus we asked for a replacement bottle which came duly.
In the first place I never really enjoyed Bordeaux vintage 1994, as most of them were harsh and tannic (with the exception of top growths). The nose was turning me off with slight medicinal and pharmaceutical. Palate was predictable, really harsh and tannic and tight , very dry. Not much better than the corked bottle!
