I have to warn you guys, Bordeaux on a good vintage needed 30 years of age before it can be appreciated. Too often people drank it too young and scratched their heads why they tasted like ink? If you didn’t know your stuff, you’ll serve this 95. Absolutely far from ready to drink, although I felt a lot of potential in it after a sip, so I left the rest in the glass to breath for 30 40 mins, the evolution was not very significant, although lesser inky feeling, the fruits were still half asleep.
