Served double blind. The bouquet was mild with some French oak but not very expressive. A sip and it tasted my familiar home ground of Bordeaux flavor, although much cooler, implying it’s probably from a cool vintage. At this juncture, I immediately called it Dominus as there’s no other winemaking style came close to Dominus style of Bordeaux blend. While it was a nice wine, it lacked certain excitement like 1991 or 1994.
