1995 Krug Vintage
First time I’ve had a Krug 95, I must admit that I made some fundamental mistakes on my evaluation. Basically it tasted extremely young, although I was able to detect the youthful character later on but initially I still thought it was absurdly young! Nose was very mild, along with slight yeast and slight toast. Content was sharp with very high acidity, showed up with multiple layers thereafter.
