皮莫在出名的勒菲莱酒庄做酿酒师多年，也闯出一番天地来。我非常欣赏他的酿酒技术，在布艮第产区里肯定是数一数二的人物。这个默尔索石头园在皮莫手里简直是接近完美了，鼻香的平衡功夫已经是无可厚非了，再加上内容也能做到两全的酸度与果味的完美平衡，简直是牛逼了！
