28 months in casks. 80% American oak from West Virginia and 20% French oak from Les Vosges.
French oak nose. Palette a bit weak, lacks fruits, a bit thin. Dry. But the wine improved tremendously with food. More pleasant, more fruits surfaced. I improved it from 4 to 4.5.
