1997 Chris Ringland Randalls Hill Vineyard Shiraz
JAMMY WINE 果酱酒
This was made by 100% Shiraz coming from downunder, only 750 bottles were made. Obviously an over extracted wine, judging from the extreme 15.8% alcohol content! Nose was intense, loads of blueberries and slightly smoky. Content you can probably imagine; so jammy I’d use it as my breakfast spread! Way too intense, for a while I thought it came from Southern Rhône!
