For such a big name burgundy maker, this was truly disappointing, Probably Comtes de Vogue was only good at it’s Musigny, and I once had a Musigny 61 that blow the top off, but this was a far cry. There wasn’t any Bonnes Mares character in the content, no finesse, no elegance. What it possessed was just big and chunky fruits, just so big and bold that I almost fell off the chair not willing to believe this was a Comtes de Vogue Bonnes Mares. Almost one dimensional style, nothing much to talk about.
