Etienne Sauzet was a great winemaker, but I must confess it was only confined to the Grand Cru wines, my encounter with their premiere cru was nothing but disaster and disappointment. Either it was heavily premox or it simply disappoint at the content level.
This bottle was heavily sugarcaned, way too advanced on the nose. Anyone trying to dispute this simply don’t waste your time on it. Too much acidity and totally lacked fruits, not sure if that’s caused by the premox. Hopeless!
